Withdraw before September 14th - 100 % registration fee refunded (Less $50 Processing Fee)

Withdraw before October 15th - 75 % registration fee refunded (Less $50 Processing Fee)

Withdraw before November 15th - 50% registration fee refunded (Less $50 Processing Fee)

Withdraw after November 15th - Absolutely No Refunds

Any player that must withdraw due to medical reasons must provide FMRA Executive with a written letter including doctor's note.

**The above policy will lay the frame work for refunds, but all withdrawals can be reviewed by executive.

*** Should the season have to end early due to COVID-19, we will assess at the time and provide pro-rated refunds as applicable. This will be determined by the number of weeks that would have remained in the season.
