Withdrawl from Registration

The process of evaluations and team setting incurs significant volunteering efforts and substantial operating costs.

In the event that withdrawl from the program is necessary, the following course of actions will apply.

ALL CASES: $50.00 non-refundable administration fee will be assessed on all registrations, regardless of the cancellation date

BEFORE EVALUATIONS: 100% fee refunded less the $50.00 administration fee

AFTER FINAL EVALUATION: 50% fee refunded less the $50.00 administration fee

AFTER LEAGUE START UP: No Refunds
