- There is a $25 ADMIN FEE FOR ALL WITHDRAWALS and NO REFUNDS will be issued after the first two scheduled practices. 

- If my VOLUNTEER COMMITTMENT is not fulfilled, I may have a $300 NON-VOLUNTEER FEE added to my account payable prior to any future season registration.
