2024-2025 Season Registration

All refund requests for player registration fees will be considered on an individual basis, under the following restrictions:

• If a registrant withdraws before two or fewer ice times have been run, a full refund excluding Ringette Ontario (RO) fees will be considered.
• If a registrant withdraws on or before October 31, 2024, a 50% refund excluding Ringette Ontario (RO) fees will be considered.
• If a registrant withdraws after October 31, 2024, no refund will be issued.

Additional Team Fees

Additional team fees such as dry land training, team apparel, etc. will be considered for refund, based on a pro-rated amount of fees allocated to that member and not already spent.

Additional Programs During the Season

If a registrant withdraws from an additional program during the season, a refund will be considered on an individual basis, based on a pro-rated amount.

COVID Cancellation

If the season is cancelled due to Covid related circumstances by the province of Ontario or Public Health or the City of Waterloo, a pro-rated amount of the registration fees paid, based on a full season (or based on a full program session) will be refunded excluding any Ringette Ontario (RO) fees.
