Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons:
- Program is cancelled by LSA
- Withdrawal from program before the
- 1 week before the start of Outdoor season
- 1 week before the start of Indoor season
- Medical reasons (must provide doctor's note)
- Movement out of the LSA district
Non-refundable administration fee:
- $30 will be issued to all players requesting a refund 1 week before the season starts
- Expenses incurred on behalf of the player, including uniform cost and LSA fees paid, are non-refundable
- Refunds are pro-rated (minus administration fee)
No refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
- A parent or player disagrees with the player's team or placement. All such decisions are final.
- Requests
- Withdrawal from program after season is half over -
- May 15th for Outdoor season
- December 31st for Indoor season
