REGISTRATION REFUNDS
Full refunds of normal registration fees will be considered if the Board receives a written notice before the player steps on the ice for the regular season.
If refund is requested along with release to another minor hockey team, registration/deposit will not be refunded.
Refunds throughout the season may be granted due to injury or other similar reasons and must provide a doctor’s note.
With Board approval, the balance of registration fees may be refunded as follows: until Oct. 31 - 50%; Nov. 31 - 30%; after Nov 30 - 0%.
Refunds will be minus administration and insurance fee of $100 (plus additional fees if paid by credit card)
Example: Refund as of Oct. 31 if registration was $710 would be ($710-$100) x 50%=$305.00
IF SEASON IS DELAYED, MODIFIED OR CANCELLED DUE TO COVID, PRORATED REFUNDS/CREDITS MAY BE ISSUED (MINUS ADMIN FEES FOR SEASON).
