BY- LAW 3 – MEMBERSHIP FEES 1.Membership shall be open to any resident of Iqaluit or Apex who meets the requirements within the defined categories as noted in these By-Laws. 2.Players under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian to participate in the IAHA. 3.Fees covering associations, leagues, teams, coaches, players or officials shall be determined by the IAHA at the Annual General Meeting, and shall be in the amount as is deemed necessary to carry out the continued operations of the IAHA. Such fees shall include the cost of affiliation with the ZONE. 4.Membership may be acquired by application in writing to the Treasurer of the IAHA and payment of the requisite fee. 5.Registration fees shall be paid in full before a player attends first game or practice. 6.The Fee shall be annual and non-refundable.
