EFFECTIVE JUNE 13, 2020, I UNDERSTAND THAT PLAYERS CAN ONLY RECEIVE A REFUND OR VOUCHER IF A SEASON-ENDING INJURY OCCURS DURING A CYDC ACTIVITY. THE REASON FOR THE REFUND MUST BE DELIVERED IN WRITING, AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A NOTE FROM A DOCTOR. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY GRADUATING GRADE 12 SENIORS NOT RETURNING TO THE CYDC PROGRAM WILL BE ENTITLED TO A CASH REFUND. IN THE EVENT OF AN ACT OF GOD, SUCH AS PANDEMICS, NATURAL DISASTERS, AND GOVERNMENT MANDATED SHUTDOWNS THAT RESULTS IN PROGRAM CANCELLATION, A VOUCHER FOR FUTURE PROGRAMS WILL BE PROVIDED - NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IN REGARDS TO TOURNAMENTS, REFUNDS WILL ONLY APPLY IF A DIVISION FOLDS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUT AFTER THE OFFICIAL START OF THE TOURNAMENT.
