St. Charles Soccer Association Refund Policy:

SCSA Refund Policy:
• This policy is to be applied to all programs provided by St. Charles Soccer Association (SCSA), including but not limited to: our Recreational, Developmental, or Premier Programs.
• St Charles Soccer Association has sole discretion of any approval or denial of refund requests.
• All decisions made by the St Charles Soccer Association are final and cannot be subjected to appeal.

Refund Considerations:
1) Move out of Winnipeg City-Limits: A request will only be considered, if during season of play, the player moves outside of the Winnipeg city-limits and is unable complete the season within the WYSA league.
2) Season-Ending Injury: A request a refund for a season-ending injury means your player will not continue attending practices and/or games, nor will they be a member on the bench during game play. If your player wishes to remain a part of their team you will not qualify for a refund request.

How to apply for a Refund for Move or Season-Ending Injury:
• Please send your request to admin@stcharles-soccer.com, include your child’s full name and why you are requesting a refund, and the date of move or injury
• Documentation from a Doctor can be attached to the email regarding the injury, or one may be requested before Approval or Denial of Refund is decided.

Refund Formula:
The refund will be based on the percentage of games remaining in the season at time of refund request approval.
