Northern Trailblazers Basketball allows a full refund to the participant up until the starting date of the corresponding program, less admin fees. Admin fees for Early Development/Summer Programs are $15.00, and for House League are $20.00. If a participant wants a refund AFTER their purchase of the Junior Program or House/Youth League program starts, they will receive only a 50% refund. Early Development Programs & House League refunds will only be issued until the 4th week of programming, except for injury at a Northern Trailblazers session. No Refunds will be given to ELITE players who accept positions on ELITE teams and then decide not to play.

EXCEPTION: If a player incurs an injury requiring withdrawal from any of our programs at a Northern Trailblazers session, they will be offered a pro-rated refund based on the amount of sessions remaining (a Doctor’s note is required). All refunds will be administered via Credit Card or Interac e-transfer.
