Withdrawals Prior to October 18, 2024: A full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee, will be issued for withdrawals received before October 18, 2024.

Withdrawals After October 21, 2024: No refunds will be granted for withdrawals received after October 21, 2024, unless the vacated spot can be filled by a team of the same competition level. In such cases, refunds will be considered based on the timing of the withdrawal and its potential impact on tournament planning.
