The process of evaluations and team setting incurs significant volunteering efforts and substantial operating costs.  In the event that withdrawal from a program is necessary, the following course of actions will apply: 

Withdraw BEFORE Early Registration ends: 100% Refund *March 1st*

Withdraw AFTER Registration ends: $25 Admin Fee

Withdraw After FIRST Scheduled Floor Time: No Refund

Should a player withdraw for medical or relocation reasons, a prorated refund will be issued.
