TimBits / Microsoccer
The following describes the type of refund VGCC would give at the discretion of the convenor.
TimBits soccer fees include a non-refundable administration and club fee of $40. The remaining registration fee may be subject to a whole or partial refund based on the time of the request.

Prior to the first practice - 100%

During the first two weeks - 75%

Prior to the end of the first four weeks or before the Family Fun Day event (whichever is first) - 50%

Refund requests after this period of time will be considered only with medical notes and will be pro-rated accordingly.
Returned Cheque Policy:
There will be a $40.00 service fee added to any registration fee cheque returned to the Community Centre. You will be required to cover the full amount of the cheque plus the $40.00 fee (by cash, money order, certified cheque, or a bank draft), within 14 days of the return, or your child will be removed from the registered program.
