Written refund requests must be received by the registrar (registrar@warriorslacrosse.ca) within 48 hours of registration and must include the following information: Player Name, Parent(s) Name(s), Home Address, Phone Number and Reason for the refund request. All refunds will be subject to a 2.15% credit card fee. After 48 hrs the initial fee of $75 is non-refundable. After March 15 no refunds will be given, unless it is for a medical reason. In this case please email the registrar and your request will be reviewed by the board.
