Refund Policy--Updated--June 17th, 2024

Refund requests must be received in writing by email to our administrator at kraadmin@shaw.ca

Partial refunds* will be issued as follows: 

Before October 1, 2024  - 90% of the balance between the original registration fee paid minus $120 administration fee.
Between October 1 to November 30 - 50% of the balance between the original registration fee paid minus $120 administration fee
No refund after November 30

*Withdrawals in special circumstances will be reviewed by the board for consideration.(i.e. Medical withdrawals or extenuating situations)
