Refunds of minor sports fees will be considered for special circumstances only and the executive must receive a letter from player/parent stating an intention to discontinue participation before a refund will be considered. No refunds will be issued after January 1st for hockey and no refunds will be issued after May 15th for ball.  Pro-rated refunds will be issued if you choose not to play due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
