All refund requests must be in written form . Refunds are based per written request . All refunds will have an admin fee applied to the refund . Players requesting refunds part way through the season will be pro-rated , as well as insurance and admin fee will be applied to the refund . All refunds must have a written request . 

No refunds after December 31st.
