Grande Prairie Minor Baseball Association Refund Policy 

Regular Season

Refund requests that are submitted to GPMBA one week prior to the beginning of the season, will not be contested. Any refund requests after will be subject to approval of GPMBA upon written request for refund including medical report signed by a doctor or proof of relocation. Medical and relocation requests will be accepted until one week after the start date of session. After that date no refunds will be issued. All refunds are subject to a $30.00 admin fee. A refund will be issued to a player that is waitlisted (because of late registration) and cannot be placed. If a parent registers their child in the wrong age group, GPMBA reserves the right to move that player to their appropriate age group, if payment does not match age group, additional fees will be required. If overpayment is made, the difference will not be refunded. GPMBA reserves the right to request a copy of birth certificates. 

No compensation will be offered for weather related cancellations. 

All $50 tryout fee are non-refundable.

Camps and Clinics

Baseball Clinic Refund requests that are submitted to GPMBA  2 days prior to commencement of the clinic, will not be contested. Any refund requests after will be subject to approval of GPMBA upon written request for refund including medical report signed by a doctor or proof of relocation. Medical and relocation requests will be accepted until the day of the clinic. After that date no refunds will be issued. All refunds are subject to a $15.00 admin fee. No compensation will be offered for weather related cancellations. 

Winter camp refund requests submitted before January 1st will not be contested.  Any refund requests after will be subject to approval of GPMBA upon written request for refund including medical report signed by a doctor or proof of relocation. Medical and relocation requests will be accepted until January 15, 2025. After that date no refunds will be issued. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 admin fee.

If a parent registers their child in the wrong age group, GPMBA reserves the right to remove or move that player to their appropriate age group, if payment does not match age group, additional fees will be required.  If overpayment is made, the difference will not be refunded.

GPMBA reserves the right to request a copy of birth certificates.
