No refunds will be allowed after the due date except in the following circumstances:

(1) in case of illness or injury: You will be entitled to a full refund if a registered athlete is required to retire due to illness or injury. *** Medical proof ***

(2) exceptional Extenuating Circumstances: The Francophone Sport Federation of Alberta may approve the reimbursement of expenses due to extenuating circumstances. In the case of extenuating circumstances, the request must be accompanied by an explanation specifying the reason for an exemption. The amount of the reimbursement granted remains at the discretion of the leaders of the FSFA.

Any cancellation that does not comply with the requirements described above will not be refunded.
