NO refunds will be provided to participants unless it is an illness or injury.  Notice of the illness or injury must be submitted to the NWRA board in writing 48 hours in advance of the first day of the camp/tournament/season, along with a Doctor’s note supporting the illness/injury. Players that have provided a doctor's note, before the 48 hour deadline will be fully refunded, less a $5.00 administration fee.

Should NWRA cancel the camp/tournament, refunds will be provided at time of cancellation.
