Refund Policy
Refund Policies:
Before registration closes - Complete registration fees refunded.
Aurora shall retain a $50.00 administration fee from all players who withdraw after registration closes and before evaluations.
Players who withdraw after the conclusion of placed divisions and/or team selections may receive a 70% refund
Players who withdraw after the first scheduled game may receive a 50% refund if less than 50% of the player's current teams' scheduled games have not been played.
No refund will be available after 50% of the player's current teams' scheduled games have been played.
Refunds for medical reasons, subject to receipt of a medical certificate, will be pro-rated according to the number of scheduled games not played. No refunds will be issued unless more than 50% of the regular and exhibition games are missed due to medical reasons.
