REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE A PLAYER IS ALLOWED ON THE FIELD. We accept etransfer, cash or cheque.

We recognize unforseen circumstances can happen which would result in your child not being able to play.  If this happens, a letter written to the Bashaw Soccer Committee outlining the situation and requesting a refund will be considered.  All refunds after the start of the season will be subject to a $10 admin fee, except where refunds are given for lack of registrations in the age group, and must be approved by the Bashaw Soccer Committee.

All decisions of the Bashaw Soccer Committee concerning refunds are final with no appeal.
