Refunds will only be provided with written requests.

MMBA will only consider a request to withdraw from a program for the following:
- Player has moved outside MMBA boundaries
- Medical reasons: must be accompanied by a doctor's note

All refunds will be less any non-refundable league fees and a $20 Administration charge.
