WITHDRAWAL POLICY  

Partial refunds are available for full season registrations if you no longer wish to continue membership. To withdraw from the Club, you must give 15 days notice in writing to the Board at  strathmorewaterpoloclub@gmail.com . 

Any refund shall be calculated from the date of the receipt of such notification as follows: within 30 days of registration - 90% refund of registration fees.   After 30 days of registration - 0% refund of registration fees. 

Seasonal registrations (Fall session or winter session) f you no longer wish to continue membership. To withdraw from the Club, you must give 15 days notice in writing to the Board at  strathmorewaterpoloclub@gmail.com . 

Any refund shall be calculated from the date of the receipt of such notification as follows: within 30 days of the session starting 90% refund of registration fees.   After 30 days of the sessions first start date 0% refund of registration fees. 

Costs of apparel and other items provided with the registration package will be deducted from any refund.
