If a player withdraws their registration prior to the start of the season, a refund will be granted minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds will not be considered once the season begins except in extraordinary circumstances. If the 2024 season is cancelled prior to starting, a full refund less an administrative fee of $25 will be granted to all players. If the 2024 season is cancelled midway through the season, a refund will be granted less costs already incurred by the SMSA.
