Registration Fees will be refunded to any player who has registered and subsequently decided not to play or was unable to play. These fees will be refunded on the following basis:

1) Fees paid to Softball NL will not be refunded.

2) If refund is requested after t-shirts have been ordered, the associated cost of $30 will be deducted from the refund amount.

3) The refund must be requested no more than 15 days after the start of the season.

Refund requests must be sent to cbsminorsoftball@yahoo.com and will be paid by E-transfer.
