Refund Policy

Should things change after you have registered, our refund policy will be in effect as follows:

• During the online registration period A 25% nonrefundable administration fee will be assessed on all registrations, regardless of the cancellation
• After registration closes: No refund will be issued as funds are then committed to field bookings, SSA, and uniforms.
