WEST ROYALTY SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION REFUND POLICY
If a player terminates her participation with the West Royalty Softball Association, her refund on REGISTRATION FEE only, if granted will be based on a percentage of the registration fee as follows:
100% refund of registration fee only by June 12 of the season of play. Less $20 for the cost of team shirt.
60% refund of registration fee only by June 17 of the season of play. Less $20 for the cost of team shirt.
No Refunds after June 17 of the season of play.
Fundraising Fees are Non-Refundable.
Late Fees are Non-Refundable.
Any player requesting a refund will do so through the Registrar.
The date used to determine the refund shall be the request date submitted to the above approved executive members. A refund arising as a result of injury that prohibits a player from playing must be submitted with 14 days of the injury.
No refunds will be given should a member be suspended or precluded from WRSA activities for disciplinary reasons.
Equipment or uniforms owned by WRSA and borrowed by the player must be returned prior to receiving the refund. Replacement costs of unreturned equipment and/or uniforms will be billed to the player and deducted from the refund.
WRSA reserves the right to review all refund requests and deny a refund outside of the above mentioned scenarios. WRSA reserves the right to issue a refund if warranted and agreed by executive to do so.
Refunds may require up to 3 weeks to be processed.
