Refund Policy
The deadline for a full refund (less $25.00 Administrative fee) is the second scheduled practice of the team. All deposits paid for fundraising and volunteer commitment will be destroyed or refunded.
Requests for refunds should be done in writing or by email to the registrar.
Any refund requested after the second scheduled practice of the team will be at the discretion of the board.
No outdoor refunds will be based on a “poor weather” season.
If a parent already fulfilled their fundraising obligation, no monetary
compensation will be given no matter what date they have removed their child from the LLBFC program.
