All refund requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. Every attempt will be made to come to a mutually satisfactory agreement for all parties involved.
All equipment and jerseys must be returned to Steinbach Ringette prior to a refund being issued.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
a) Teams or individuals who are suspended or ejected from the league due to any breaches of the Player/Parent/Bench Staff Code of Conduct Policies.
b) For closures due to inclement weather, defaulted, canceled or rescheduled games.
If a refund is granted, an admin fee of $50 plus any non refundable costs charged by the league, will be deducted from the refunded amount. For example, insurance costs and player fees paid to Ringette Manitoba.
