Registration fees for all programs are refundable in full, less a $60 disposable equipment fee if equipment has been issued to the player, provided the Raiders have received the appropriate written notice prior to September 1st, of the current year.

Registration fees for Flag Football are refundable in full, less a $60 uniform fee provided the appropriate written notice is submitted prior to April 1st of the current year.

There are NO refunds for Winter Training or Special Event Programs.

The West Edmonton Raiders reserves the right to override these policies on a case by case basis, and as determined by the Board of Directors.
