Refund policy only applies to programs (sports or activities) where registration is done by Whyte Ridge Community Centre. In cases where a third party is delivering programming and registering participants, it is their refund policy that applies.
Community Center-based programs
On occasion, a session or class may be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather or facilitator absence). We will make every effort to reschedule a canceled session, usually at the end of the program term. Refunds or credits will only be provided on a per session basis for the second and subsequent canceled sessions in a program term.
School-based programs
Space for programs scheduled into the schools is allocated to Whyte Ridge Community Centre through permits provided by the Pembina Trails School Division. There are occasions where space originally allocated to our programs is canceled due to use by a school (who always have first priority for use). We will make every effort to reschedule a canceled session, but this is not always possible. Refunds will only be provided on a per session basis for the second and subsequent canceled sessions in a program term.
