Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
:
If we are unable to find a suitable team for a player within our club or Kings County, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds will be granted upon request if a parent/guardian submits the request before the season officially starts.
Refund Process
:
To request a refund, parents/guardians must submit a written request via email. Email as follows

All requests should include the player’s full name, team (if applicable), and proof of payment.
Refunds will be processed within time frame, 14 business days of receiving the request.
Exclusions
:
No refunds will be issued after the season has commenced, except in cases where the club cannot fulfill its obligations as outlined above.
Additional fees, such as administrative or late registration fees, are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
:
Requests due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
