There will be an automatic fee of $25.00 applied against all registration fee refunds.
Winter/Fall Season refund policy
- For 11U-18U, refunds will only be processed until the first scheduled regular season game of the players assigned team, after which no refunds will be made. No refunds will be provided without the return of the BYBA uniform.
- For 9U, refunds will only be processed until the first week of the program, after which no refunds will be made.
Camps and Clinic refund policy
- Refunds will be granted on cancellation requests received 14 days prior to the first day of the registered camp.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be levied on all cancellation requests received between 1 and 13 days prior to the first day of the registered camp.
- Once a camp has begun, refunds will not be granted except in the case of extenuating circumstances.
