Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons:

• Program is cancelled by CDSA
• Withdrawal from program
  • 1 week before the start of Indoor season
• Medical reasons (must provide doctor's note)
• Movement out of the CDSA district

Non-refundable fees:

• Expenses incurred on behalf of the player, including uniform cost are non-refundable
• $25 registration fee is non-refundable
• Refunds are pro-rated (minus administration fee)

No refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

• A parent or player disagrees with the player's team or placement. All such decisions are final.
