City of Ottawa Ringette Association

There are a number of fixed costs once our season gets underway, as such, our Refund Policy is as follows:

Withdrawal BEFORE August 31	All fees.
Withdrawal BEFORE September 30	All fees less $75.
Withdrawal BEFORE October 31	All fees less $150.
Withdrawal AFTER October 31	No refunds.

NOTE: All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee, including refunds.
