DRA Refund Policy 2024-2025 Season - Applicable to Season Registration - Tournament and Tryout Refunds will be reviewed each case by the DRA

Refunds will only be given with written requests received before Nov 1st of the registration year.

After September 15th, but before November 1st, a refund minus a $55 administration fee will be issued. No refunds will be provided after November 1st.

Refunds for players for medical reasons will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Please submit your request to DORCHESTER RINGETTE ASSOCIATION, Attention the Registrar.
Please allow approximately 3 weeks for processing from time of notification.
Amounts paid by cheque will be delayed until the cheque clears the Bank.
There will be a $50 fee charged for NSF cheques.

Ringette Ontario Fees/Insurance, Administration and Fundraising fees will not be refunded
