Transcona East End CC Refund Policy (Soccer)

1. Refunds requested prior to the close of registration will be processed, minus the Club's administrative fee.

2. Refunds requested after the close of registration but more than 14 days prior to the start of the league season will be 50% of the registration fee.

3. There will be no refund of registration fees if the withdrawal is less than 14 days prior to the start of the league season.

4. A paid registration fee shall be fully refunded in the event TEECC is unable to field a team or provide a suitable program alternative. No administration fee shall be withheld in this case.

5. A partial refund of the soccer fees only will be made prior to the completion of  the regular schedule for injury only to be determined by East End on a case by case basis.
