MINERS MAJOR BOX PLAYERS

(Junior A, Senior B and Senior C)

A $125 withdrawal fee will be assessed on any player withdrawing from the program prior to April 1.

A $200 withdrawal fee will be assessed on any Senior player withdrawing from the program between April 1 and league start-up.

A $250 withdrawal / Non selection fee for Junior A final roster will be assessed on player withdrawing from JrA program between April 1 and league start-up.

NO REFUND will be provided to any player withdrawing from the program after league start-up, except in the event of injury (please see below).

Any Sponsorship moneys attached to the player would stay within the club and be used within MINERS organizational programs. (ie. floor times, exhibition games and evaluations)

NOTE:

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ANY PLAYER BEING ALLOWED AT NEW PLAYER CAMPS, TRYOUTS OR EVALUATIONS.

IF FEES ARE NOT PAID, THE PLAYER WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE REGISTRATION FEES ARE PAID IN FULL.

IF A MEMBER HAS CHOSEN A PAYMENT PLAN THROUGH RAMP FOR THE REGISTRATION FEES, THEN THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND FLOOR TIMES.

IF AT ANY TIME THERE IS A NSF PAYMENT EITHER BY WAY OF CHEQUE, CREDIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD, THE PLAYER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND ANY FURTHER FLOOR TIMES UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE FEES ARE PAID IN FULL.

Injury withdrawals received are subject to a deduction of /MINERS/ALA/CLA/RMLL costs incurred for the registered player.

After evaluations have concluded a lack of interest or change of sport will not be grounds for a refund.
