Baseball Regina members agree that Registered Players that Opt out or cancel their membership for any reason whatsoever prior to the AAA draft of the division they are registered in or prior to Jan 15th, 2025 ( Whichever comes first ) will be refunded their deposits minus a 150 dollar administration fee.

 

Registered players that Opt out or cancel their membership anytime after the AAA draft of the division they are registered in or after January 15th, 2025 (whichever comes first) will not be entitled to any refund, regardless of the level that the player has registered to play.

 

Players that have deposits on record that are greater than their division season fees are entitled to be refunded the difference in fees.
