CoLT Registration

***Tournament fees are non refundable. HCL reserves the right to retain up to 50% of fee in the event of a public health mandated closure or travel restrictions due to Covid after January 3, 2025. All attempts will be made to refund registration fees in full.****

Regular Season Registration

There will be no refunds after September 15. There will be no refunds for activities in which the player has already participated (i.e. Tier 1 tryouts, Back on Blades). Withdrawal from the program due to medical reasons, family move etc. will be reviewed by the board on a case-by-case basis.

In order to be eligible for a refund in any case, the individual must notify the Registrar in writing via email at hclregistrar@gmail.com. Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal or request for a refund.
