Following the registration deadline of April 4th, 2025, no refunds will be issued to teams accepted into the tournament. Submitting a request for a refund does not guarantee a refund will be issued. Each refund will be dealt with on a case by case basis and shall be subject to the approval of the PACBA Board of Directors President and Executive Director. Requests for refund must be submitted in writing to Executive Director, Jim Guidinger at pacommunitybasketball@gmail.com.
