COCHRANE MINOR BASKETBALL PLAYER REGISTRATION AND WITHDRAWAL REFUND POLICY:

Players who wish to withdraw must contact the Cochrane Minor Basketball (CoMBA) Administrator directly by email prior to September 1st of that year. Players who withdraw prior to September 1st of that year will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. After September 1st no refunds will be issued. Withdrawals from the Tyke program are handled on an individual basis, however refunds will not be issued after the commencement of the program. Other withdrawals with special circumstances (e.g. medical issues) will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Players on a wait list will be contacted by CoMBA should a spot become available. 

* Note that U18/High School players are subject to the same terms as described above for the fall session. For the winter session, a notice for withdrawal email must be received by the administrator by December 7th of that year before a full refund minus a $50 administration fee is issued.
