Registration Policy 1.2 - REFUNDS

All refund requests must be made in writing, documenting the reason for the request, to the CQCSC Registrar at registrar@centralqueensclipperssoccerclub.ca

Full refund: If the Player has not participated in a practice, tryout, or game.

Partial refund: If the Player has participated in a practice, tryout, or game - 75% of the CQCSC fee will be refunded. No portion of the PEISA Levy or Competitive Team fees will be refunded and requested before June 15. No Refunds after June 15.

Season Ending Injury - must be certified by a physician:

• before June 15 - 75% of the CQCSC fee will be refunded. No portion of PEISA Levy or Competitive Team fees will be refunded.
• from June 15 to June 30 - 50% of the CQCSC fee will be refunded. No portion of PEISA Levy or Competitive Team fees will be refunded.
• from July 1 to July 31 - 25% of the CQCSC fee will be refunded. No portion of PEISA Levy or Competitive Team fees will be refunded.

*All approved refunds will be issued after July 1st.

*No refunds are available after July 31st.
