Refund policy
Late registration fees apply after August 19th. All fees are due Sept. 15 and no refunds will be given after this date. Players trying out elsewhere who have registered with BVMH and indicated their intent to tryout are not required to pay fees until their player returns to BVMH. Fees will be due on the date the player returns.
No refunds after September 15th. In cases where reasons beyond the control of the participant require them to leave the program, a refund may be issued at the board’s discretion. A written request should be sent to:

Payments can be made:
- by e-transfer to financebvmh@gmail.com to pay payment in full or installment. ALL E-transfers MUST include the name of the child and the division in the notes section.
- by cash or cheque (payable to Blindman Valley Minor Hockey Association). Contact financebvmh@gmail.com to arrange payment.
- By credit card in the registration system. All transactions are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee.
