NON Refundable Fees

-Minor Hockey registration deposit amount is NON Refundable
-Tryout Fees/ID Skates are NON Refundable
The only way a registration deposit or Tryout fee will be refunded is with a doctor note or letter describing the medical emergency.

Refund Policy

Lethbridge Minor Hockey will refund the player registration fee on a pro-rated basis based on date of request.

After January 10th NO REFUNDS WILL BE APPROVED for Minor Hockey registration.

All refunds will be charged an administration fee of 10% to cover credit card or eCommerce expenses and processing fees.

Player guardian must complete the Refund Request Form, and the appropriate refund shall be calculated and forwarded.

The registration deposit on fees, and tryout fees are NON Refundable unless a doctor note describing the medical emergency is provided.

ALL JERSEYS AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE RETURNED TO RECEIVE A REFUND, IF APPLICABLE
