PGCKC USER CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Participant Program Withdrawal
Users are unable to withdraw from a program using their RAMP account page.
To withdraw from a program and/or swap it for another day/program:
- For programs starting in 6 days or less, please call 778-349-6791 immediately
- For programs starting in 7 or more days, please send an email to info@pgckc.com or call 778-349-6791
Refund or Credit - Participant Request
- All participants will receive a Refund or CLUB CREDIT towards a future program if they need to cancel their registration because they are sick or at risk per the Sickness Policy
- CLUB CREDITS ONLY will be offered if withdrawing from a program, for personal reasons, with less than 24 hours notice
- No Refund or CLUB CREDIT will be offered for "No Shows" - the payment will be considered a donation to the club to help offset the costs of staff wages, facility rental fees, administration fees including website registration system.
CLUB CREDITS
- CLUB CREDITS are created when a participant/guardian has notified the PGCKC in advance of the program start that they are sick or at risk per the Sickness Policy or they are unable to attend for personal reasons.
- CLUB CREDITS can be used towards another program in the same year the credit was issued.
- If you are unable to use your CLUB CREDIT, please request a Refund prior to December 31st of the year the CREDIT was issued, request a 1 year extension, or you can donate the CLUB CREDIT to PGCKC.

PGCKC PROGRAM POSTPONEMENT / CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
Programs can be postponed or cancelled for the following circumstances / reasons
- PGCKC Weather Policy coming into effect.
- Participant registration is below minimum requirements per the Programming Policy
- Staffing availability is below minimum requirements per the Programming Policy
- Health Authority or other governing body recommends restrictive limits on social and physical distancing and other measures due to COVID19 or another illness or situation
- Inability to access site due to Facility restrictions or changes in regulations or availability
When a program has been postponed or cancelled - participants have the choice to receive a REFUND or a CLUB CREDIT. When this occurs, we will discuss your choice with you in person, by email or by phone.
Refunds can take as much as 2 weeks to process based on the availability of our volunteers.
CLUB CREDITS
- CLUB CREDITS are created when a program was postponed and you cannot attend the make-up date or the program was cancelled and you do not wish a refund.
- CLUB CREDITS can be used towards another program in the same year the credit was issued.
- If you are unable to use your CLUB CREDIT, please request a Refund prior to December 31st of the year the CREDIT was issued, request a 1 year extension, or you can donate the CLUB CREDIT to PGCKC.
GIFT CARDS
- GIFT CARDS can be purchased for a specific year. Any unused portion will be extended to the following year.
- No refunds or cash-backs will be offered on unused portions of your GIFT CARDS.
- If you cannot use the unused portion by the end of the extended year, you can request a transfer of your unused portion to another paddler which will become a CLUB CREDIT or you can donate the unused portion to PGCKC.
