Tournament Refunds - St Marys Sniper Annual Tournament 

Tournament Registration refunds for teams may be considered, but are not guaranteed, and will be subject to date and availability of replacement teams. Refunds will not be issued to any team withdrawing after 1st December 2024. Applications for refunds should be made in writing to the Tournament Convenor, Peter Westelaken, info@stmarysringette.ca

Individual Refunds - Player Registration to SMRA

Written request for a refund of registration fee is required. 100% refund will be issued for any requests received by September 1, 2024; a 75% refund of registration fee will be issued for any requests received by October 1, 2024.  No refunds beyond October 2nd 2024
