CAC Registration Refund Policy
Registration fees are non refundable. Exceptions would be injuries and if a player moves from the city.
If a fee payment is not paid as per agreement (pay in full or scheduled payments on specific dates) the player
will be removed from the team until such time as parents contact the Registration Support Committee and
other arrangements made.
All players assigned to a Official Team Roster in the Hockey Canada Registry are indebted to the Club for
the full registration fee. In accordance to Hockey Alberta rules and regulations players can not be released
when they owe monies or equipment to the Club .
It is understood by all that October 15 of each year is the final date for players returning from higher levels;
therefore, this date shall be deemed to be the final registration date.
The Club/team will not normally release players after this date.
NOTE: Suspended players will not receive refunds.
Any player who leave the program are not entitled to a refund
A request for refund in extenuating circumstances must be submitted in writing to the Registration Support
Committee for consideration.
Appeals to the Registration Support Committee may be presented to the CAC Executive, in writing, to be
dealt with at the next regularly scheduled Executive Meeting.
Fees due to the Club remain the obligation of the Player/Family.
