Banook Canoe Club Membership fees are not refundable.
Program fees may be refunded upon receipt of a written request to the Membership Director (membership@banookcanoeclub.com), and if request is received prior to the beginning of a program.
Generally, if a program has already begun, written requests for a refund may be approved by the Membership Director, for medical reasons only.
However, summer activity camp registrations cancelled after June 1st will not be refunded.
If a credit card payment is refunded, the refunded amount will be for the package cost only, and will not include the administrative fee paid to the payment processor.
Banook Canoe Club reserves the discretion to issue, in lieu of a refund, an account "credit" that may be use towards a future program registration.
